Founder and Creative Director of Dustin W Design

Dustin’s work is always original, yet there is a recognizable style: clean, modern, smart and slightly whimsical. Dustin launched Dustin W Design in 2000 and became known for his illustration work as well as his flash websites. In the past few years he has shifted his focus to A/V, motion graphics and animation of his original illustrations. His animated TV commercial for LA Pride was shown on LOGO and Time Warner Cable, and many of his short features and commercials can be seen on our website.

Dustin has a Masters Degree from CalArts in Experimental Animation and was an animator on the South Park feature film "Bigger, Longer, Uncut." He has had two animated films featured in film festivals and his thesis film "Everybody Bowl" was Regional Finalist at the Student Academy Awards. He did his undergraduate design degree at the University of Utah. He enjoys watching Saints games, going deep sea fishing, and playing with his Jack Russell terrier, Grace. Dustin is also Vice Chair, Marketing for Halloween New Orleans 2011, a non-profit benefiting Project Lazarus. He originally hails from Vernal, Utah.
